Terms and Conditions – 777 fe Pakistan Gaming Platform Rules

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you and 777 fe ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), operating the website at https://777fe.im. By accessing, registering on or using any part of 777 fe, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all games, promotions, payment processes and communications provided through 777 fe. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not create an account or place any bet or wager on the Platform.

777 fe reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of 777 fe after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically.

To register and use 777 fe, you must meet all of the following criteria without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. 777 fe does not permit any person under the age of 18 to hold an account or participate in any gaming activity on the Platform.
• You must be a resident of Pakistan or otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted under applicable law.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative or nominee of any third party.
• You must not be included on any self-exclusion register, either through 777 fe's own responsible gaming tools or through any relevant national or international registry.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Pakistani law.

777 fe reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. Accounts that cannot be verified as belonging to a player aged 18 or over will be suspended pending review, and any funds deposited during an unverified period may be withheld pending the outcome of that review.

Each individual may hold one account only on 777 fe. The creation of multiple accounts – whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same device, the same IP address or different personal details – is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and potential forfeiture of any balances held within them.

When registering on 777 fe, you must provide accurate, current and complete information including your full name, a valid Pakistani mobile number and a secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

• Never share your 777 fe password with any other person.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Notify 777 fe support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
• Keep your registered mobile number current – it is used for OTP verification on every withdrawal.

777 fe will never contact you by phone, SMS or email to ask for your full password or your wallet PIN. Any communication claiming to be from 777 fe that requests such information should be reported to our support team as a suspected fraudulent contact.

777 fe accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Pakistani-issued Visa or Mastercard bank cards.

All deposit transactions are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200 (Easypaisa, JazzCash); Rs 500 (NayaPay, SadaPay); Rs 1,000 (IBFT, Visa/Mastercard).
• Maximum deposit: Varies by method as published on the Deposit and Withdrawal page.
• Deposits must be made from an account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• 777 fe does not charge any fee on deposits. Your payment provider may apply their own standard charges.
• Deposited funds that have not been used for gaming activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be subject to an inactivity fee as described in the account management section of your dashboard.

777 fe's payment processing system uses 256-bit SSL encryption. Deposit confirmations are sent via in-app notification. If a deposit has been deducted from your wallet but has not reflected in your 777 fe account within the standard processing window, contact support through your account dashboard with the transaction reference number.

Withdrawal requests on 777 fe are processed subject to the following conditions and rules:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500 (mobile wallets); Rs 1,000 (IBFT and card).
• Withdrawals may only be made to an account that is registered in your own name and that matches the verified identity information on your 777 fe account.
• Each withdrawal request requires OTP confirmation to your registered Pakistani mobile number. This is a security requirement and cannot be bypassed.
• Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically process within 60 seconds. IBFT bank transfers typically process within 2–4 banking hours. Visa and Mastercard returns may take 1–3 business days depending on your issuing bank.
• 777 fe does not charge a withdrawal fee. Standard bank or wallet fees from your provider are outside the Platform's control.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements stated at the time the bonus was awarded before they become eligible for withdrawal.

777 fe reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks before processing any withdrawal. During such checks, the withdrawal may be placed on hold for up to 48 hours. Players will be notified via in-app message if this applies to their request. Providing false information during verification will result in permanent account closure.

777 fe offers a range of bonuses including welcome deposit bonuses, referral rewards and periodic promotional credits. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited in PKR to your 777 fe wallet.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household and per registered mobile number.
• Bonus funds may be used to play any eligible game on 777 fe unless the promotion specifies restrictions.
• Wagering requirements, where they apply, must be met before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering multiple will be stated clearly in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period stated at the time of award. Unused bonus funds that expire are forfeited automatically.

Referral Programme: The 777 fe referral programme allows registered players to earn a PKR reward when they refer a new player who subsequently registers and makes a qualifying first deposit. Referral rewards are credited to both parties as outlined in the Refer a Friend page. Referral abuse – including the creation of fake accounts to generate referral credits – is treated as fraud and results in the closure of all involved accounts.

All games available on 777 fe operate under the following principles and rules:

• Random number generator (RNG) games use independently audited and certified random number generation systems. Results cannot be influenced by the Platform, by other players or by any third-party software.
• Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers under camera observation. All shuffling and dealing procedures are performed according to established casino standards.
• Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all games are published within the game information screen and are not adjusted based on any individual player's account history, deposit size or activity level.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round – including connection loss, server interruption or software error – the round is considered void and the relevant stake is returned to the player's balance. 777 fe's decision on the outcome in any disputed technical case is final.
• Players are not permitted to use any automated betting software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to play on behalf of a human player. Detection of such tools results in immediate account suspension.

Sports betting odds on 777 fe are set by the Platform and are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. Once a bet slip has been accepted and confirmed by 777 fe, the odds at the time of confirmation apply. In the event of a match abandonment, postponement or cancellation, standard industry void-bet rules apply and stakes are returned.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 777 fe and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and potential legal action where applicable:

• Creating more than one 777 fe account for any reason.
• Providing false personal information during registration or verification.
• Using another person's payment method or account credentials for deposits or withdrawals.
• Colluding with other players in any game, including poker or live dealer games, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting any software bug, error or technical vulnerability to generate illegitimate winnings. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical fault will be voided and removed from the account balance.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent, illegal or unauthorised means.
• Using automated betting systems, bots or any non-human interface to interact with 777 fe games.
• Engaging in money laundering or any activity that violates applicable Pakistani or international financial law.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing 777 fe staff or other players via any channel.

777 fe is committed to responsible gaming as a genuine platform principle, not simply as a compliance requirement. The Platform provides the following tools to every registered player, accessible at any time through the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit cap. Once set, limits can be reduced immediately but increases take 24 hours to apply.
• Session Time Reminders: Set a notification to remind you how long you have been playing in a single session.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen summaries of your net gaming activity during the current session.

777 fe collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering on the Platform you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

The personal data 777 fe collects includes your name, mobile number, device identifier, IP address, transaction history and gaming activity records. This data is used to:

• Operate and maintain your account.
• Process deposits and withdrawals.
• Verify your identity and age.
• Detect and prevent fraud, money laundering and prohibited conduct.
• Comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
• Send account-related notifications (not marketing unless you have consented separately).

• Failure to pass identity, age or payment verification checks within the required timeframe.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months without any deposit, withdrawal or gameplay.
• A legally binding instruction from a law enforcement authority, court or regulatory body.
• The player's own request for account closure or self-exclusion.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms breach, any outstanding balance that the player would otherwise be entitled to withdraw will be held pending an internal review. If the review concludes that the balance was legitimately earned in compliance with these Terms, it will be released to the verified payment method on the account within 7 business days. Balances arising from prohibited conduct – including bonus abuse, collusion or system exploitation – are forfeited in their entirety.

Players who believe their account has been closed in error may submit a written appeal to support@777fe.im within 14 days of receiving the closure notification. 777 fe will respond to all appeals within 5 business days.

777 fe may amend these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to registered players via in-app notification prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of 777 fe after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through 777 fe's internal complaints process may be escalated through the applicable dispute resolution mechanism referenced in the Platform's full licence documentation.

Complaints Process: If you have a complaint about any aspect of your 777 fe experience, please submit it through live chat in your account dashboard or by email to support@777fe.im. 777 fe will acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and aim to provide a full resolution within 5 business days.
